Privacy & Compliance

Your data, your rights, our rules — all in one place.

Every policy that governs your relationship with Ladies First is posted here, in full and in writing — nothing shortened, nothing behind a login, no account required to read a single word. These eight documents are the actual rules we hold ourselves to, and they are always one click away.

Questions about your data?

Two kinds of information, two different homes — and knowing which is which is the whole point.

This website and marketing. Marketing emails, text messages, cookies, and how this site uses your information — that’s ours to answer for. Access, correction, or deletion requests: privacy@itsladiesfirst.com.

Your health information. Ladies First doesn’t store your medical records — by design. Everything you share in the medical intake goes directly into the HIPAA-protected care system operated by our medical provider partner, where your care team works. For copies, corrections, or questions about your health information, message your care team — reply to any message or email from them — and see the HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices for your full rights.

Not sure which bucket your question falls in? Email privacy@itsladiesfirst.com and we’ll route it.

Ladies First is a women’s telehealth platform and does not provide medical services. All medical care is provided by our medical provider partner, an independent network of US-licensed medical providers; all medical decisions are made by a medical provider licensed in your state. Ladies First is a telehealth platform, not a clinic, pharmacy, or medical provider. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. Prescriptions are issued only where clinically appropriate, at the provider’s sole discretion; medication is never guaranteed. Individual results vary. 100% self-pay; insurance is not accepted or required. Plans bill every 28 days; cancel any time and future billing cycles stop; past payments are not refundable. This page is general information, not medical advice.
