States We Serve

Ladies First is a women’s telehealth platform. We do not provide medical services — all care is delivered by our medical provider partner, an independent network of US-licensed medical providers, and every medical decision is made by a provider licensed in your state.

Our medical provider partner’s organization is licensed to operate in all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. Some services are not available in every state, because provider licensure and pharmacy licensure both vary by state and by service. This page sets out what is offered today.

Weight care — available in all 50 states and the District of Columbia

Weight care is the only service currently open to patients, and it is available in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. The full list, so there is no ambiguity:

There are no excluded states for weight care. Availability is not the same as suitability: being in a state where we operate does not mean treatment is right for you. A licensed medical provider decides, on a consultation, whether treatment is medically appropriate — and may decide it is not.

Services not yet available

Hair loss, longevity, and menopause and hormone therapy are not open to patients yet. Where a page on this site marks a service “coming soon,” it is not currently available in any state. We will say so here when that changes.

How eligibility is confirmed

You select your state at the first step of the intake, before any clinical questions. If our provider network is not licensed for the service you are asking about in your state, you are stopped at that step and offered a waitlist place — no account is created and nothing is shipped to you.

Prescribing and fulfilment are carried out by our medical provider partner and its contracted pharmacies, which dispense only into states where both the pharmacy and the prescribing provider hold a licence. No prescription is issued, and no medication is dispensed or shipped, unless and until a licensed provider has reviewed your intake and determined that treatment is appropriate for you.

This changes
