3. Medical Disclaimers
3.1 Not Emergency Services
Our Services are NOT intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
3.2 No Guarantee of Prescription
A consultation does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. All prescribing decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers based on their independent medical judgment and your individual health profile.
3.3 Provider Relationship
Healthcare providers accessible through our platform are independent professionals. Ladies First facilitates connections but does not practice medicine or provide medical advice directly.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To use our prescription services, you must:
- Be a female aged 18 or older
- Be located in a state where our Services are available
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Have a valid form of identification
- Not have contraindications to the prescribed medications
5. Account Registration
5.1 Account Creation

- Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal request, or similar action with your card issuer, bank, or payment provider—for reasons other than actual unauthorized use or proven billing error—constitutes a breach of these Terms.
In the event of such a chargeback or dispute, you agree to reimburse Ladies First for:
- The full amount of the disputed charge;
- All fees charged by our payment processor (typically $15–$50 per chargeback); and
- An administrative fee of $150 to cover our internal costs (investigation, documentation, response preparation, account handling, and related expenses).
- We reserve the right to recover these amounts via any payment method on file (credit/debit card charge, ACH deduction, invoice, or deduction from any future refunds, credits, or payments owed to you) without prior notice.
- You expressly authorize Ladies First to use any stored payment method to recover these amounts. No additional consent is required beyond these Terms.
- Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate account termination, permanent ban from all Ladies First services, and referral to collections.
7. Prescription Medications
7.1 Medication Fulfillment
Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies. Medication availability and delivery times may vary.
7.2 Patient Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Take medications only as prescribed
- Report any side effects or adverse reactions promptly
- Attend follow-up consultations as required
- Not share medications with others
- Store medications properly
7.3 Medication Risks
All medications carry risks. Your healthcare provider will discuss potential side effects, risks, and benefits with you before prescribing.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LADIES FIRST, OUTLAWS & GENTS GROOMING LLC, AND THEIR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
