What we are — and what we’re not.
Ladies First is a women’s telehealth platform — we build the experience, the education, and the support around your care. What we are not: a clinic, a pharmacy, or a medical provider — and we will never pretend to be.
All medical care is delivered by our medical provider partner, an independent network of US-licensed medical providers, on a telehealth platform they build and operate. A medical provider licensed in your state makes every medical decision. Licensed pharmacies dispense every medication. We handle the brand, the education, and the experience. They handle the medicine.
Most companies bury that structure in the fine print. We put it here, in the second section of our About page, because we think it’s the single best reason to trust this program:

That separation has teeth. A provider can say no — and when the answer is no, you pay nothing. Ladies First never makes a medical decision. We can’t, and we don’t.
Who actually reviews your health — and why you won’t see headshots.
When you complete your intake, your information goes to a medical provider licensed in the state where you live. Across the network, that means:
- US-licensed providers who can prescribe medication and order lab tests when needed.
- A provider licensed in your state — not a call center, not an algorithm — reviewing your full health picture.
- Every decision made individually, at the provider’s sole discretion: whether treatment is appropriate for you, which medication, and what dose.
- Review usually within 48 hours of completing your intake.
So where are the doctor photos?
There aren’t any — on purpose. The providers who review your health are part of an independent medical network. They are not Ladies First employees, and they are not marketing assets. In this industry, the smiling “doctor” on a landing page is too often a stock photo or an invented persona with a fake name. We would rather tell you the truth about how this actually works than decorate this page with faces that were never going to treat you.
What matters is not a headshot. It’s that a licensed medical provider in your state reads your health history and makes an independent decision — and that the company writing this sentence has no ability to make that decision for them.

Every telehealth brand says “transparent.” Here is what we actually hold ourselves to — on this page, where you can quote it back to us.
1 — No testimonials.
You won’t find before-and-after stories or five-star quotes here. Hand-picked success stories are the industry’s favorite trick, and they tell you nothing about what will happen for you. Individual results vary — so we show you prices and process instead.
2 — No numbers we can’t prove.
No inflated member counts, no invented success rates. When we publish a statistic, it will come with a source.
3 — No stock-photo doctors.
If you ever see a white coat on this site presented as “our medical team,” hold us to this paragraph. It won’t happen.
4 — Prices posted, with the math done.
Compounded semaglutide injection as low as $179 per 28 days on a 52-week plan — $219 on a 12-week plan, or $249 flexible. Compounded tirzepatide as low as $269 per 28 days on a 52-week plan — $309 on a 12-week plan, or $339 flexible. Oral semaglutide $279 every 28 days. Branded Ozempic® $1,299 and Zepbound® $1,399 every 28 days. And because “every 28 days” is not a calendar month, we’ll say it plainly: a flexible plan means 13 billing cycles across a 364-day year, not 12. No surprise price hikes — if a price changes, you’ll know before you’re billed.
5 — Compounded is not branded.
Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide contain the same active ingredients but are a separate regulatory category: they are not FDA-approved, and they are not the same products as the branded medications. We will never blur that line, and you should walk away from any brand that does.
6 — Medication is never guaranteed.
A prescription is issued only where clinically appropriate, at the provider’s sole discretion. If a provider decides GLP-1 treatment isn’t right for you, we will not try to talk them — or you — out of it.
7 — Refunds, said plainly.
Cancel any time and future billing cycles stop — no long-term contract, no cancellation fee. Past payments are not refundable. We’d rather you read that here than discover it later.

Your provider decides; you confirm. A medical provider licensed in your state reviews your full health picture — usually within 48 hours — and decides whether treatment is appropriate. You’re never charged before a medical provider has reviewed your information and approved treatment.

Medication ships; care continues. A licensed pharmacy dispenses your medication, and you stay connected to your care team for follow-ups and dose adjustments.
The standards behind the medicine.
Licensed pharmacies. Every medication is dispensed by a licensed US pharmacy. Compounded preparations are made by state-licensed compounding pharmacies operating under USP <795>/<797> standards.
Branded options, clearly labeled. Ozempic® and Zepbound® are FDA-approved medications. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved. Both paths are offered; the difference is always labeled.
Risks discussed before anything ships. GLP-1 medications are real medicine with real side effects. Your provider reviews all risks with you before anything is prescribed, and treatment is declined where it isn’t appropriate.
Your data, handled like it matters. Your health information is handled under HIPAA, transmitted encrypted, and shared only with the people involved in your care — your medical provider and the dispensing pharmacy. We don’t sell your health data.
