Ladies First, a brand of Outlaws & Gents Grooming LLC ("Ladies First," "we," "us," or "our"), offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") to provide users with appointment reminders, health updates, promotional offers, and other communications related to our Services. These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") apply when you opt in to receive text messages from us.
1. Program Description
By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Ladies First at the mobile phone number you provide. These messages may include:

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Text messaging charges from your wireless carrier may apply to messages you send to us and messages we send to you. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text plan and pricing. Ladies First is not responsible for any charges incurred by your wireless carrier.
6. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive:
- Transactional messages: As triggered by your account activity, appointments, orders, and prescriptions
- Promotional messages: Up to 8 messages per month (if opted in to marketing)
You can adjust your message preferences at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
7. Supported Carriers
Our Program is supported by most major wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Compatibility
Not all mobile devices or wireless carriers may be compatible with our Program. We are not responsible for:

- Delays in receiving messages

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT MESSAGES WILL BE DELIVERED OR RECEIVED ON TIME OR AT ALL. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Delays or failures in message transmission
- Technical malfunctions of wireless networks, devices, or systems
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of messages
- Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the Program
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LADIES FIRST, OUTLAWS & GENTS GROOMING LLC, AND THEIR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM OR YOUR RECEIPT OF TEXT MESSAGES.

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These SMS Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
